Please read through the following slowly to understand how the website design progress.
Step 1: Free Consultation
As soon as we receive enquiries from you, we will set up an initial meeting with you.
In the meeting, we will explain everything that you need to know as well as understand
your needs. For non local clients, we will try to allocate our representatives to meet
you or we can keep in touch through email and fax.
Step 2: Proposal
After the initial meeting, we will look into your needs, study your company background,
the industry, your competitor, your targeted customer, and just everything that are
important. Then based on our findings, we will work out a your website plan and quotation
for you. Up to here, we are working all of this for you free of charge.
Step 3: Signing Agreement
Shall you have any additional idea for the plan, let's us know, we can always find the best
solution for you. If everything is fine, we will start building your website. Usually, 40%
of your total payment will be due upon signing. (The balance to be paid after the job done
with your 100% satisfaction)
Step 4: Web Site Development
We will first work out the website's template for your preview. After you have satisfied
with the template, then only we will insert all the data.
Step 5: Web Site Review
After everything is done, we will upload your website to our server for your preview.
Preview your website on the Net at our cost.
We will also extensively test running your web site to verify any mistake or error.
Step 6: Web Site Release
One you have 100% sastify with the job done, we will upload your final developed web site
to your hosting server.
Beside that, we will also submit your site to major search engines and directories
( Altavista, Dmoz, Google, Infoseek, Lycos, MSN, Yahoo!, Webcrawler) to achieve maximum exposure.
Step 7: Web Site Maintenance
We normally include a 3 months free web site maintenace for all clients. After the period,
you may opt to retain our services to maintain your web site in any capacity you choose.
